After ruling against Trump’s executive orders, a furious Trump says he’s “absolutely” considering taking action to “break up” the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
The 9th Circuit Court is responsible for shooting down two of Trump’s beloved orders. If you think Trump is just spiting them, you’re correct.
Here’s what Trump said during his interview with the Washington Examiner:
“There are many people that want to break up the 9th Circuit. It’s outrageous. Everybody immediately runs to the 9th Circuit. And we have a big country. We have lots of other locations. But they immediately run to the 9th Circuit. Because they know that’s like, semi-automatic.”
Trump made his comments only a day after Judge William Orrick blocked his order to cut off funding to sanctuary cities across the nation based on the claim they do not comply with federal immigration orders.
Trump has enemies all around. William Orrick is not a member of the 9th Court mentioned earlier. Anybody with sense is no friend of Trump.

He seems to believe that since he is president that he is above the law. We have a judicial system in place to uphold our constitution. Trump must obey these laws also.
